Spencer Stuart bolsters German and Austrian teams with two senior hires

Spencer Stuart has expanded its team in Germany and Austria with two new senior hires. Claus P. Fischer and Daniela Chikova bring decades of experience to the firm's consumer and financial services practices. The appointments aim to strengthen the company's leadership and sector expertise. Claus P. Fischer will join the Consumer Practice in Frankfurt. His work will focus on consumer goods, retail, luxury, and hospitality. He studied business administration at the European Business School before moving into consulting.

Daniela Chikova takes up a role in the Financial Services Practice in Vienna. She specialises in retail banking and payments, building on a 25-year career at Kearney. There, she most recently served as a partner. Chikova also holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Andrea Mohnsame, Managing Director for Germany and Austria at Spencer Stuart, welcomed the new additions. She described both as distinguished experts who will significantly boost the firm's capabilities in leadership and sector-specific consulting. The two appointments add deep industry knowledge to Spencer Stuart's teams in Frankfurt and Vienna. Fischer's consumer sector focus and Chikova's financial services background will support the firm's growth in key markets. Their roles are set to begin immediately.
