RWB Unveils $300M Central Asian Logistics Hub in Uzbekistan

RWB, a joint venture between Wildberries and Russ, has revealed plans to build a major logistics hub in Uzbekistan. The announcement came from RWB CEO Robert Mirzoyan at the Tashkent International Investment Forum. The project aims to strengthen trade links across Central Asia and beyond. In 2024, Wildberries marketplace and Russ advertising group merged their assets to form RWB LLC. According to official records, Wildberries founder Tatyana Kim fully owns Wildberries LLC, which holds 65% of RWB. The remaining 35% belongs to Stinn Company.

The new hub will consolidate logistics flows across Central Asia. It will connect the Russia-Uzbekistan-Middle East route and support transit to African markets via the China-Uzbekistan-Africa corridor. The facility will also promote local manufacturers’ goods to international markets.

The project includes developing an export centre using Wildberries’ existing logistics infrastructure. New export-focused initiatives will launch as part of the scheme. The total investment is expected to exceed $300 million. The Central Asian logistics hub will serve as a key platform for regional trade. It will improve transit efficiency and boost export opportunities for local businesses. The project marks a significant expansion for RWB in the region.
