Primorsky Krai's New Industrial Park Nears Completion with Six Residents Signed
A new industrial park is being built in Bolshoy Kamen, Primorsky Krai, covering over 170 hectares. Construction of the first phase is already 45% complete. Six companies have registered as residents of the site. The park will host enterprises specialising in modern building materials. These include wall blocks, insulation, and dry mixes. The Primorsky Construction Materials Plant will be the first to begin production in October 2026.
Infrastructure for the park is already in place. Roads, power grids, water supply, and sewage systems are fully functional. Residents also benefit from below-market rental rates for facilities.
The park operates under two special regimes: the Bolshoy Kamen Advanced Development Territory and the Free Port of Vladivostok. These provide tax and fee incentives for businesses. Local manufacturing of building materials will reduce logistics costs. This is expected to make housing in the region more affordable. The park’s development continues to progress steadily.
