Each location covers 80 square metres and is rented for 77,000 rubles per month.

The business generates 3.5 million rubles in monthly revenue. After expenses of 2.9 million rubles, it leaves a net profit of 550,000 rubles. The owner estimates a payback period of 11 months for the investment.

The asking price is 3,999,999 rubles. This covers all equipment, remaining inventory, and the right to reassign the franchise agreement. Buyers can purchase the entire chain or negotiate for individual outlets. The sale includes all assets and the franchise rights. The owner’s decision stems from time constraints rather than financial performance. The business remains operational and profitable under current management.
