From Family Project to Isle of Man's Beloved Artisan Brand: Victory Farm Kitchen's Rise

Victory Farm Kitchen began as a small family project but has grown rapidly under Tracy Kinrade’s leadership. The business now sells handmade confectionery, vinegars, and soaps at markets across the Isle of Man. Its products draw inspiration from local folklore and landmarks, attracting strong interest from customers and retailers alike. The company’s range includes chocolate, fudge, hedgerow vinegar, and cold-pressed soap. Many items feature themes tied to Manx culture, such as the Moddey Dhoo and the Buggane. Its first chocolate bars even showcased ‘Kipper the Manx Cat’ as part of the design.

Victory Farm Kitchen operates weekly at St John’s Farmers’ Market and Ramsey Farmers’ Market. Over the summer, hundreds of themed sweet packs were sold through these stalls and in shops like Mostly Manx and The Manx Tartan Shop. The business has also taken on bespoke commissions, including ‘Sweet Victory’ treats for the Media Isle of Man Excellence Awards and a special Thomas the Ramsey Town Cat chocolate bar for Farmers Combine.

Alongside its food products, the company runs Victory Farm Soap Co. This sister brand produces cold-pressed botanical soaps from a small workshop in the north of the island. With demand rising, the team is now looking for more retail stockists to carry its expanding range. Tracy Kinrade has stated the business expanded much faster than anticipated. The company continues to develop new products rooted in local traditions. It remains focused on growing its presence in markets and shops across the island.
