Primorsky Krai's Mompreneur Winner Advances to National Finals for 1M Ruble Prize

Irina Lyane has won the regional stage of the Mompreneur project in Primorsky Krai. She will now compete in the national finals, where a grand prize of 1 million rubles is on offer. Her business specialises in permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation for people experiencing hair loss. The Mompreneur program has supported women entrepreneurs in Primorsky Krai since 2017. Organised by the My Business centre and backed by the regional Ministry of Economic Development, it has trained over 270 participants to date. This year’s regional finalists included Natalia Popova, founder of the White Rose home nursing service, Olga Pestsova, a yoga and meditation promoter, Olga Zakharchenko, director of the Levita ballet studio, and Lidiya Bolsunovskaya, a speed-reading tutor.

Irina Lyane stood out among them, securing victory with her focus on helping those with hair loss from hormonal issues, alopecia, or cancer treatment. Her win earned her a regional grant of 150,000 rubles. Lyane will represent Primorsky Krai in the national finals of the Mompreneur project. The competition offers a top prize of 1 million rubles. Her success highlights the growing support for women-led businesses in the region.
