Tate Logistics to Build Major Warehouse Complex in Primorsky Krai by 2029

Tate Logistics LLC is set to build a new warehouse complex in Primorsky Krai. The project will form part of the Primorye Advanced Special Economic Zone (ASEZ) and marks another expansion for founder Martin Tate’s business interests in the region. Tate Logistics LLC was established in March 2022 in the village of Volno-Nadezhdinskoye. Martin Tate, the company’s founder and general director, is also behind Agro Resource LLC, a firm specialising in real estate leasing and management. His businesses have already developed multiple warehouse complexes and a grain storage facility in the area, with a shopping centre currently under construction.

The new warehouse complex will feature a refrigerated warehouse, a dry storage facility, and a staging area. Designed for retail storage, the site is scheduled to begin operations in 2029. The project has secured 1.1 billion rubles in investment from the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. The facility will support retail operations within the Primorye ASEZ. Its completion in 2029 will add to Martin Tate’s growing portfolio in Primorsky Krai. The investment highlights ongoing development in the region’s logistics infrastructure.
