New developer launches Onegin cottage village near Omsk's Pushkino
A new developer has entered the suburban real estate market in Omsk District. Mishki Stroyat LLC was registered on 18 June 2026 with an authorised capital of 10 million rubles. The company is led by founder and general director Mikhail Leonov, with Nikolai Fan serving as CEO. Mishki Stroyat LLC focuses on buying and selling real estate. It also handles architectural and construction project development, construction, demolition, and property leasing.
The company has announced plans to build the Onegin cottage village along Pushkin Highway, near the village of Pushkino. The project will include 150 homes and a one-hectare park. The starting price for a home in the village is set at 10.9 million rubles.
The area is already home to several neighbouring cottage communities. These include Pushkin Club, Pushkin, Russian Style, Rublyovsky, Green Park Village, Green Park Premium, and Pushkin Forest. Mishki Stroyat LLC is now active in Omsk District’s real estate sector. Its first major project, the Onegin cottage village, will add new housing and green space to the area. The development is expected to contribute to the local suburban market.
