Moscow's Gorokhovo Field District Sees 38% Progress on New Residential Hub

Construction of the second residential building in Moscow’s Gorokhovo Field district has reached 38% completion. The project is a large-scale development with modern amenities and accessible design. Workers are currently pouring concrete walls and installing reinforcement frameworks for both walls and slabs. Aerated concrete block masonry is also being laid as part of the structure. Plumbing systems, utility wells, and on-site networks are being fitted inside the building.

The 11-section building will include six through-passages with barrier-free access for people with limited mobility. Once finished, it will offer a total floor area of 3,358 square meters, divided into 236 apartments. The development is progressing steadily with key structural and utility work underway. Upon completion, the building will provide barrier-free access and a significant number of new homes in the Gorokhovo Field district.
