Yulia Raikhold, chair of the Federal Opora Rossii Commission on Geology and Subsoil Use, delivered a keynote address on the organisation’s benefits for entrepreneurs. Sardana Pavlova, chair of the Yakutia branch of Opora Rossii, stressed the need for unity among business owners during difficult periods.
Aitalina Ivanova, an economics candidate and tax expert, led an interactive game focused on tax optimisation strategies. Natalia Seleznyova won the top prize in her session, receiving a certificate from a tax specialist. Afanasy Alexeyev, CEO of the Yaponenets auto centre, discussed the challenges of retaining talent amid labour shortages and increasing salary demands. He also presented Marianna Burnasheva, a young entrepreneur, with 100,000 rubles to support her business.
Anna Mattern, owner of the Svoi Stil retail chain and brands Calzedonia and Intimissimi, shared insights on operating retail businesses with and without franchising. Irina Chernogorodskaya stood out in her session and was awarded a shopping certificate. The event brought together business leaders to share expertise and support emerging entrepreneurs. Prizes were awarded to participants who excelled in the sessions, recognising their contributions and achievements.
