Rostelecom and 25/7 LLC have signed a strategic partnership to drive digital transformation in the hospitality industry. The agreement focuses on developing advanced solutions for hotels, including management and booking systems. Both companies aim to improve efficiency and transparency across the sector. The partnership will jointly create and implement digital tools for hotels. These include property management systems, cloud services, and automated check-in processes. The long-term goal is to deploy the Digital Hotel platform for streamlined operations.

Artificial intelligence and IoT technologies will play a key role in enhancing hotel efficiency. The collaboration also prioritises cybersecurity, with integrated cloud platforms for secure data storage and exchange. Aparthotels under 25/7’s management will benefit from automated systems using the latest IT advancements.

Maria Onuchina, CEO of 25/7 LLC, highlighted the partnership’s potential to deliver secure and transparent services for property owners and guests. Timofey Abramenko, Rostelecom’s Vice President, added that the initiative seeks to optimise business processes in tourism. Additionally, the project aims to reduce developer costs during construction and operations while ensuring clear reporting for investors. The agreement also supports the industry’s digital sovereignty by using domestically developed software. Enhanced operational efficiency and secure data management are expected outcomes.
