Göttingen Hosts Free Fair for Women Entrepreneurs on Funding Secrets

The 'Founding Moments for Women Entrepreneurs' fair will take place in Göttingen on November 27, 2025. This year’s theme centres on personal experiences with funding and financing options for aspiring female founders. The event is free to attend but requires prior registration. The fair will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Historic Observatory in Göttingen. Successful women entrepreneurs will share their journeys, focusing on the different funding tools they have used. Attendees will also have the chance to speak directly with experts from advisory services.

Organised by the University of Göttingen’s Transfer & Startup Hub, the Southern Lower Saxony Startup Network, the Coordination Office for Women and Business in Göttingen, and HAWK University of Arts and Sciences, the event aims to support women in turning ideas into businesses. On-site childcare will be provided, and refreshments, including a light lunch, coffee, and drinks, will be available throughout the morning. The fair offers women entrepreneurs practical resources, networking opportunities, and insights into securing funding. Free entry and additional support services are intended to make the event accessible to as many participants as possible.
