India unveils AI-powered autonomous fuelling at VivaTech 2026
Repos Energy presented a live working prototype of its Autonomous Fuelling Solution at VivaTech Paris 2026. The event marked India’s debut as AI Country Partner, featuring its largest-ever national pavilion. Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal and French President Emmanuel Macron attended the showcase at the India Pavilion. The prototype combines AI-based demand forecasting, IoT-enabled remote monitoring, robotic dispensing, and digital payments. Repos Energy, founded by Aditi Bhosale Walunj and Chetan Walunj, described the demonstration as a defining moment for the company and Indian entrepreneurs. Chetan Walunj added that the future of energy is autonomous, intelligent, and made in India.
The startup is one of 25 high-potential Indian firms curated by the DPIIT under the 'Bharat Innovates' theme. Repos Energy aims to use VivaTech to build global partnerships and attract international interest in its technology.
