Graviteur Studios launches with $1M–$10M films and creator-driven projects

Dolphin Entertainment and Kynetic Media Ventures have launched a new studio called Graviteur. The company will focus on producing modestly budgeted films and TV projects. Its first feature film, Crush Party, is already in development. Graviteur Studios will be led by David Freeman and Bill O'Dowd, the CEOs of Kynetic Media Ventures and Dolphin Entertainment. The studio plans to create content quickly, engaging audiences throughout production.

The initial slate includes scripted projects across horror, YA, anime, comedy, romance, sci-fi, and sports. Crush Party, a YA thriller written by Johnny Saras, will be its first feature film. Graviteur also aims to cast the movie with creator talent.

With budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million, the studio wants to bridge the gap between social media stars and mainstream film and TV. Dolphin Entertainment’s subsidiaries will provide support. The company also offers creators significant ownership of their titles and franchises. Graviteur Studios is set to produce its first film, Crush Party, with creator-driven casting. The studio’s focus on speed and audience engagement could reshape content creation. Its modest budgets and genre diversity aim to attract both new and established talent.
