Krasnodar Territory launches subsidised loans to fuel business innovation and automation

Governor Veniamin Kondratyev has launched two new subsidised loan programs in Krasnodar Territory. The initiatives, named 'Technological Leadership' and 'Automation and Robotics', aim to support local businesses in modernising their operations. They form part of broader efforts to boost economic growth in the region. The 'Technological Leadership' program offers loans ranging from 50 to 200 million rubles. These come with a 1% annual interest rate and a repayment period of up to five years. Eligible projects under this scheme include the development of advanced materials, components, equipment, software, and high-tech machinery.

The 'Automation and Robotics' program provides smaller loans, from 5 to 100 million rubles. These carry an interest rate of up to 4% per annum, also for up to five years. Both programs are designed to help businesses optimise processes and cut operational costs.

To date, the regional Industrial Development Fund has supported over 100 major projects. These include the construction of new plants and upgrades to existing production facilities. The supported businesses have contributed over 15 billion rubles in taxes to the regional budget. They have also invested around 7.4 billion rubles of their own funds into these projects.

The initiatives have already created more than 1,300 jobs. Businesses in the region can access these low-interest loans for projects focused on technological leadership and digital transformation. Further details on loan terms and applications are available on the Fund’s website. The new programs are expected to drive further investment and innovation in Krasnodar Territory. They provide financial support for businesses looking to adopt new technologies and improve efficiency. The regional government aims to continue expanding economic opportunities through these initiatives.
