Walmart's Anti-Prime Day Sale Starts Soon—With Bigger Discounts and No Membership Needed
Walmart is launching its annual anti-Prime Day sale next week, offering discounts across tech, home goods, and more. The event begins on Tuesday, October 7 at midnight ET, with early access for Walmart+ members starting a day earlier. Shoppers can expect savings on popular brands without needing a membership to join in.
The sale kicks off for Walmart+ members on Monday, October 6 at 7 PM ET. General access opens the following day at 12 AM ET, running until October 12. This seven-day event outlasts Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days, which only spans 48 hours on October 7 and 8.
Discounted items include the Lego City Advent Calendar 2025, now priced at $25—a $9.99 reduction. Tech deals feature the Samsung 27-inch Odyssey G55C Curved Gaming Monitor for $179, down from $249. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (40mm) is also on offer at $209, saving buyers $40.99. Meanwhile, the Ninja Mini Air Fryer drops to $57.95, cutting $11.05 from its usual price.
Walmart has teased further reductions on Apple products, home essentials with up to 50% off, and TVs from Vizio and LG. Unlike Amazon's event, no membership is required to access these deals during the sale period.
The extended sale gives shoppers more time to grab discounts compared to Amazon's shorter event. Early access for Walmart+ members begins on October 6, while all customers can join from October 7. Deals cover electronics, home items, and seasonal favourites, with savings available to everyone.
