Zygens bolsters AI leadership with three new executives under Zandra Moore
Zygens, a new AI consultancy, has expanded its leadership team under founder Zandra Moore. The firm helps finance and professional services turn AI plans into real-world operations. Moore previously led Panintelligence before launching Zygens in 2024 with a small team of five.
Zandra Moore co-founded Panintelligence in 2014 and later served as its CEO. She grew the company to £3 million in annual recurring revenue with a team of 35. Her contributions to business and gender equality earned her an MBE.
After stepping down from Panintelligence, Moore launched Zygens to guide regulated industries through AI adoption. The consultancy focuses on delivering practical value while ensuring safety, commercial viability, and strong governance.
The leadership team now includes three new appointments. Andy Roberts joins as chief marketing officer, while Charlie Bartle takes on the role of chief operating officer. Tim Lewis has been named chief technology officer.
Zygens officially began operations in 2024 with a clear mission: to cut through AI hype and provide measurable results. The expanded team will support businesses in implementing AI solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs. The firm's growth reflects Moore's continued influence in the tech and AI sectors.
