Yakutia's self-employed get new December 29 deadline for 2025 insurance payments
Self-employed professionals in Yakutia now have a new deadline for paying their fixed insurance contributions. The payment date has shifted to December 28, 2025, with adjustments made for weekends. This change affects sole traders, lawyers, notaries, and other independent workers who must meet the annual requirement.
The fixed contribution for 2025 is set at 53,658 rubles, but additional rules apply for higher earners. The Federal Tax Service has confirmed that self-employed individuals must pay their fixed insurance contributions by December 29, 2025. Since December 28 falls on a Saturday, the deadline moves to the next working day.
Those earning over 300,000 rubles annually will face an extra 1% charge on the amount exceeding this threshold. This additional payment must be made by July 1, 2026.
Exemptions are available for certain periods, including mandatory military service and childcare leave until a child turns 1.5 years old. To qualify, taxpayers must submit Form KND 1150081 along with supporting documents to the tax authority.
For easier calculations, the Federal Tax Service provides an online 'Insurance Contribution Calculator'. This tool helps individuals determine their exact payment obligations based on their income and circumstances. The updated deadlines and payment rules aim to simplify compliance for self-employed workers. Fixed contributions remain at 53,658 rubles, while higher earners must account for the extra 1% charge. Those eligible for exemptions must submit the required paperwork to avoid unnecessary payments.
