Voting has opened for BusinessCloud’s MediaTech 50 ranking of 2026. The list will highlight companies driving innovation in media and arts through original technology. A mix of expert judges and public votes will decide the final ranking.
The competition focuses on firms that develop groundbreaking tech to change how media and arts are produced and delivered. A panel of six industry experts—Simon Benson, Rory Daniels, Laura Harper, Nick Donaghy, Guy Pearce, and Jonathan Symcox—will help select the winners.
Reader voting starts on May 17th and runs for seven days. The final ranking, combining panel choices and public votes, will be revealed on June 1st. A shortlist of 90 companies is now competing for a place in the top 50.
The MediaTech 50 ranking will showcase the most innovative companies in the sector. The results, based on both expert and public input, will be announced at the beginning of June. The final list will reflect current trends in media and arts technology.
