TRION 90 Launches a 90-Day Health Reset for Overworked Executives in 2026

A new health programme designed for high-pressure executives will launch in April 2026. Called TRION 90 – The 90-Day Principle, it aims to help leaders build sustainable habits despite demanding schedules. The initiative comes as global interest in longevity, biohacking, and preventative health continues to grow.

The programme was developed by Martin Gratzer, Frank Kübler, and Prof. Dr. Jochen A. Werner. Each brings expertise in areas like performance optimisation, mental resilience, and organisational health. Their approach focuses on three key pillars: biochemical stability, professional performance, and mental well-being.

Many executives currently rely on quick fixes like supplements or short-term wellness plans. However, these often fail to deliver lasting results when used in isolation. TRION 90 instead offers a structured, three-month framework tailored to those with high responsibility and time constraints. The pilot will run as an exclusive trial for 100 entrepreneurs and executives. No specific participants have been named yet, but the project aims to provide realistic, science-backed strategies for long-term health. Organisers stress that the programme is built to fit into busy schedules without sacrificing effectiveness. Discussions around longevity and preventative health have surged in recent years. TRION 90 positions itself as a response to this trend, targeting professionals who struggle to maintain healthy routines amid constant pressure.

The pilot begins in April 2026 with a select group of 100 participants. If successful, the programme could offer a scalable model for executives seeking sustainable health improvements. The focus remains on practical, evidence-based methods rather than fleeting wellness trends.
