Sunday Natural Logistics, part of the dietary supplement provider Sunday Natural Products, has secured a long-term lease for a new logistics facility in Viersen-Mackenstein. The company will occupy a large unit in a multi-tenant property currently under construction near key motorway links. The leased space spans approximately 8,340 square meters of usable area. This includes 6,820 square meters of warehouse space, 700 square meters for offices and staff facilities, and an additional 820 square meters of mezzanine storage. BNP Paribas Real Estate Düsseldorf handled the lease agreement on behalf of the developer, Aconlog.
The facility is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. Its location near the A61 and A52 highways ensures quick access to major markets, making it a strategic choice for distribution. A second unit, offering around 9,140 square meters of warehouse space, remains available for future tenants. Igor Matus, Managing Director of Sunday Natural Logistics GmbH, highlighted the company’s commitment to high quality standards and operational transparency. The move reflects ongoing demand for modern, sustainable logistics spaces in North Rhine-Westphalia, according to Aconlog’s market reports.
The new facility will support Sunday Natural’s expansion plans once operational in 2026. With its prime location and tailored logistics space, the company aims to strengthen its supply chain efficiency. The remaining unit in the development offers further opportunities for businesses seeking well-connected warehouse solutions.
