SberLife Insurance speeds up claims to just five minutes in 2025
SberLife Insurance processed 217 claims in April, distributing a total of 77.6 million rubles. Most of the payouts went to borrowers with consumer loans, mortgages, credit cards, and accumulative life insurance policies. The company has also sped up its claim handling. Since June 2025, payouts for temporary disability and death benefits now take just five minutes to process. This change aims to make insurance support quicker and more efficient for policyholders.
Life insurance for borrowers made up the largest share of the payments. Consumers with mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards received settlements, along with those holding accumulative life insurance plans.
The faster processing time means policyholders receive funds almost immediately for critical claims. With 77.6 million rubles paid out in April alone, the company continues to streamline its services for customers.
