Sanacorp names Manuel Kuhn as new Trade Board Member in leadership shift

Sanacorp has appointed Manuel Kuhn as its new Board Member for Trade, effective 1 July. He will take over from Frank Hennings, who is retiring after 13 years in the role. The company's CEO, Patrick Neuss, praised Hennings' long-standing contributions while expressing confidence in Kuhn's leadership.

Frank Hennings joined Sanacorp in 2010 and became a key figure in shaping its growth. His work focused on digital solutions and the Mea partnership, which expanded the company's trade operations. Known for his strategic vision and professional integrity, Hennings leaves the role at his own request to begin retirement.

Manuel Kuhn, currently Director of Supplier & Customer Solutions, has been with Sanacorp since 2010. He played a central role in developing its digital offerings and partnerships, including the Mea cooperation. In his new position, he will oversee sales, procurement, product management, and the Mea alliance. Neuss highlighted Kuhn's deep experience and commitment to innovation. The new board member aims to deliver practical, forward-looking solutions for customers. Kuhn will join Antje Saalfeld, who leads Pharmacies & Quality Assurance, and Frank Sczesny, responsible for Technology & Operations, on the executive board.

The transition marks the end of Hennings' 13-year influence on Sanacorp's trade division. Kuhn's appointment signals a continued focus on digital growth and customer-centred strategies. His leadership will begin as planned on 1 July 2026.
