Positive Technologies proposes first dividend payout since early 2024

Positive Technologies has proposed a dividend payout for 2025, marking its first distribution since early 2024. The board of directors recommended a payment of 28.08 rubles per share, totalling 2 billion rubles. Shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for May 6. The company's dividend policy allows payouts of 50–100% of its net management profit, provided its debt-to-EBITDA ratio stays below 2.5. Though profits for 2024 were not distributed, the 2025 dividends will be formally recorded against first-quarter 2026 earnings.

Investors must hold shares by May 14 to qualify for the payout. Only those registered as shareholders by May 17 will receive the dividends. Meanwhile, the company's shares traded at 1,100 rubles on April 2, a slight drop of 1.9%. If approved, the dividends will be the first since the first quarter of 2024. The total payout of 2 billion rubles reflects the board's confidence in the company's financial position. Shareholders will make the final decision at the upcoming meeting.
