Ondo Finance dominates tokenized securities with bold expansion moves
Ondo Finance has made major strides in expanding its tokenized securities market. The company recently acquired Oasis Pro, gaining key regulatory licences in the process. This move comes as Ondo strengthens its position in both the US and European markets. Ondo’s growth began with the launch of Ondo Global Markets on Ethereum in 2025. The platform introduced over 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, quickly becoming the largest in the sector. By mid-2025, it had achieved $2 billion in total trading volume and $370 million in total value locked.
The company also secured regulatory approval to distribute tokenized stocks and ETFs across the European Union and the European Economic Area. This expansion followed Ondo’s acquisition of Oasis Pro, which provided SEC-registered broker-dealer, transfer agent, and ATS licences. These licences further solidified Ondo’s ability to operate in regulated markets.
In addition, Ondo has formed partnerships with major financial institutions. Collaborations with Fidelity, J.P. Morgan, PayPal, and Mastercard have helped broaden its reach and credibility in the financial sector. Ondo Finance now holds a dominant position in the tokenized securities market. Its regulatory approvals, strategic acquisitions, and high-profile partnerships have set the stage for wider adoption. The platform’s rapid growth reflects increasing demand for blockchain-based financial products.
