Omsk's new bathhouse complex to blend luxury saunas and dining in Kirovsky District
A new bathhouse complex is set to open in Omsk’s Kirovsky District, just 250 metres from 18 Konev Street. The five-storey development will include saunas, spa zones, an outdoor pool and restaurants—with space for up to 400 visitors. Among the venues, Syrovarnya Restaurant will take its place on Gagarin Street under a well-known brand. The project is led by Promstroykompleks-Service LLC, owned by Shamil Shikhmirzaev. Plans for the site include a mix of leisure and dining facilities, blending relaxation with food services.
The Syrovarnya name is managed by Syrovarnya-Omsk LLC, where Sergey Martoyan holds a co-ownership stake. This company also controls the trademarks for Syrovarnya Restaurant and Syrovarnya Cheese Shop & Rustic Restaurant. Martoyan, believed to be the son of Karen Martoyan (owner of Art Remstroy), further established Art Termy LLC on June 5, 2026. The firm’s name hints at a focus on thermal or bathhouse operations. With construction moving forward, the complex aims to become a major destination in the district. The inclusion of Syrovarnya Restaurant ties the project to an existing brand, while the bathhouse’s scale and amenities suggest broad appeal.
The Kirovsky District development will combine leisure and dining under one roof. Promstroykompleks-Service LLC oversees the build, while Syrovarnya-Omsk LLC ensures the restaurant’s branding. Once complete, the site will serve as both a relaxation hub and a culinary spot for local residents.
