Nizhny Novgorod Governor Honors Three Entrepreneurs for Economic Impact

Three entrepreneurs in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast have been honoured for their contributions to the local economy. Governor Gleb Nikitin presented the 'Honored Businessperson of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast' title during a session of the regional Legislative Assembly. The award recognises outstanding achievements in business development and investment.

The latest recipients of the lifelong title are Vladimir Molokanov, Maxim Svetlov, and Kamil Khafizov. Molokanov serves as CEO of SMC-77 (JSC), while Svetlov founded Sergeyevskoye Agrofirm. Khafizov, the founder of KDT (LLC), also received the distinction.

The award celebrates individuals who have significantly boosted small and medium-sized enterprises, improved product quality, and driven investment projects. Since its introduction in 2021, 40 business leaders have earned the title. Earlier this year, Vadim Agafonov, Sergei Gusev, Konstantin Dezhurnov, Sergei Plyaskin, and Nikolai Khodov were among those recognised. Governor Nikitin highlighted the crucial role of the business community in maintaining economic stability and creating growth opportunities. Each recipient can only receive the title once in their lifetime.

The ceremony underscores the region’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. With 40 honourees since 2021, the award continues to acknowledge those who strengthen Nizhny Novgorod Oblast’s business landscape. The title remains a permanent mark of distinction for its recipients.
