The company has announced a strategic partnership with UNIPLACES, a leading force in student housing across Central Europe and the United Kingdom. Operating since 2012 and based in Portugal, UNIPLACES offers over 40,000 student apartments for rent across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, and England.

Through this partnership:

• UNIPLACES gains a presence in Greece and Cyprus, as MyStudentFlat's properties will now be available to UNIPLACES users.
• MyStudentFlat gains access to the entire UNIPLACES portfolio, offering high-quality housing options to Greek and Cypriot students planning to study abroad.

This agreement marks a major developmental milestone and a strong vote of confidence for MyStudentFlat as it aims to redefine how students find and secure quality housing near their chosen universities.

The company also announced its victory in the 6th StartUp Bootcamp acceleration program, organized by the National Bank of Greece through its NBG SEEDS initiative. MyStudentFlat secured 1st place among 144 participating companies. This win by a Cypriot startup in a major Greek bootcamp highlights the innovation and potential of the Cypriot ecosystem.

Finally, the company is participating in this year's KPMG SIL (StartUp Innovation Lab). Operating since 2025 under the auspices of KPMG Cyprus, the lab is the country's premier startup accelerator. MyStudentFlat is one of only five companies selected for the program's second cycle, chosen from hundreds of applicants.

Participation provides MyStudentFlat with expert mentorship and guidance from senior KPMG executives. Upon the program's completion this June, the company will present its business model to investors within the KPMG network to attract capital for further expansion.
