MTS Link's new tool lets businesses migrate Telegram chats seamlessly
MTS Link, a business communication, training, and collaboration platform, has unveiled a tool for instantly transferring work chat archives from Telegram (18+). Users can now migrate their channels, conversations, and files to MTS Link's Chats messenger, ensuring seamless workplace communication without the risk of losing critical data, the company's press service reports.
Businesses in Primorsky Krai will be able to export their Telegram channels and chats by folder and upload them to the Chats service (18+). The transferred conversations retain text messages, emojis, and files. To resume a chat, users simply need to add the relevant participants.
The service supports private and group chats, channels, threads, and private or group calls directly from the interface. Users can edit sent messages, react with emojis, and log in via single sign-on. Additional features include profile creation, status updates, file sharing, employee search in the corporate directory, message search, and toggle push notifications. The messenger also integrates an AI-powered assistant capable of summarizing lengthy conversations.
"Corporate messengers designed for professional tasks often outperform public alternatives. For example, our Chats platform integrates video conferencing and task management systems. By accessing it through work accounts, we enhance information security and reduce the risk of sensitive data leaks. Moreover, MTS Link's solutions are listed in Russia's domestic software registry and remain available regardless of external conditions," noted Yevgenia Sysoyeva, Director of MTS in Primorsky Krai.
