Meshflow Acquisition Corp. to Split Shares and Warrants Under New Nasdaq Symbols
Meshflow Acquisition Corp. has announced plans to begin separate trading of its Class A ordinary shares and warrants, following its initial public offering. This news, expected to start on or around January 30, 2026, requires shareholders to split their units before trading begins under the new symbols 'MESH' and 'MESHW' on Nasdaq. The company's registration statement for these securities was approved by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 9, 2025, paving the way for the separation of units into individual shares and warrants. However, the press release explicitly states that it does not represent an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy the securities.
Unit holders who wish to separate their shares and warrants must contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the designated transfer agent. Only whole warrants will be tradable, as fractional warrants will not be issued during the separation process. In addition to the trading changes, Meshflow Acquisition Corp. has named Bartosz Lipinski as its new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He will take up the role on January 27, 2026, based in Chicago, Illinois.
Starting January 30, 2026, the Class A ordinary shares will trade under 'MESH', while the warrants will use the symbol 'MESHW'. The company has provided clear instructions for unit holders to complete the separation process before trading begins. Lipinski's appointment as CEO and CFO marks a leadership transition ahead of the new trading structure.
