Littelfuse Reports 12% Revenue Growth and Strategic Acquisition for 2026

Littelfuse has announced robust financial results for its latest quarter, with revenue surging by 12% to $594 million. The company also outlined plans for continued growth, including guidance for the first quarter of 2026 and the completion of a strategic acquisition.

The company's adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $2.69 for the quarter. A key driver of this performance was the data center market, where Littelfuse secured significant design wins. Additionally, its book-to-bill ratio remained above one, indicating strong demand for future orders.

Operating cash flow totalled $139 million, while free cash flow amounted to $120 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin also improved, rising by 180 basis points to 20.5%. However, the company recorded a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $301 million, linked to past acquisitions of IXYS and Dortmund.

Littelfuse recently finalised its acquisition of Basler Electric, a deal closed on January 12, 2026. The purchase is expected to contribute $130 million to $135 million in revenue for 2026, along with an adjusted EPS boost of 10 to 15 cents. Looking ahead, the company projected first-quarter 2026 sales between $625 million and $645 million, with earnings per share forecast between $2.70 and $2.90.

The latest results underscore Littelfuse's growth in key markets and its focus on strategic acquisitions. With strong cash flow and an enhanced margin, the company appears well-positioned for the coming year. The Basler Electric deal and positive book-to-bill ratio further bolster its outlook for 2026.
