Inflexor Ventures secures Rs 280 crore in first close of new Opportunities Fund

Inflexor Ventures has announced the first close of its new Opportunities Fund at Rs 280 crore. The venture capital firm aims to reach its full target of Rs 350 crore by the end of this month. The fund will focus on technology-driven, early-stage companies across various sectors in India. The Opportunities Fund has attracted a wide mix of domestic investors. These include high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporates, and institutional backers. HDFC AMC Select AIF FoF I Scheme stands as the fund's primary investor.

A portion of the corpus will be used to acquire the entire portfolio of Inflexor's first fund. Another share will go toward maintaining or increasing stakes in existing portfolio companies over the next three to five years. This strategy builds on the firm's track record—four startups from its second fund, launched in 2022, have already secured follow-on funding by March 2026.

Inflexor currently manages assets worth Rs 1,000 crore and holds investments in 26 companies. Its second fund, raised in 2021, has backed firms like Kale Logistics, Atomberg, PlayShifu, ClickPost, and BioPrime. The firm also recently exited Steradian Semiconductors after selling its stake to a Japanese strategic partner. The Opportunities Fund's final close is expected by month-end, bringing the total to Rs 350 crore. The capital will support Inflexor's ongoing investments in early-stage technology startups. It will also enable the firm to expand its influence in India's venture capital landscape.
