Free Startup Lunch and Learn Teaches EOS Framework for Business Growth
IMPACT 307, the University of Wyoming’s business incubator, is hosting a free Startup Lunch and Learn event on December 10, 2022. Titled Get a Grip on Your Business!, the session will run from noon to 1 p.m., offering both in-person and online attendance options. The one-hour presentation will be led by Justin Boling, an entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) implementer at EOS Worldwide. He will break down the six key components of the EOS framework, explaining how it helps leaders achieve clarity, accountability, and alignment within their teams.
Attendees can also expect real-world case studies of companies overcoming business challenges. Boling will provide practical tools that participants can apply immediately to their own ventures. The event is open to all, but registration is required. In-person guests, limited to 40, will receive a complimentary lunch. Those unable to attend physically can join via webinar. IMPACT 307 organises the session to connect founders with resources, programming, and networking opportunities. The goal is to help entrepreneurs become more effective, efficient, and better connected.
Further details and RSVP instructions are available at www.impact307.org/events. The free event aims to equip business leaders with actionable strategies and tools for immediate implementation.
