Frank Digital expands with eight new hires and nine fresh contracts
Frank Digital, a digital product and UX design studio, has expanded its team and client base over the past year. The studio, now part of Merchantwise Group, has added eight new employees and secured nine new contracts. This growth follows its acquisition alongside sister agency Jaywing in 2023.
The studio's recent expansion includes eight new hires: Tom Upton, Angus Stevenson, Sagar Acharya, Thien Nguyen, Emily Leung, Prachi Sharma, Nadine Mueller, and Lily Quach. Four existing team members—Jake Gaw, Aled Rayner, Sam Kelham, and Ava McNab—have also received promotions.
New clients now working with Frank Digital include Fishbowl, Rosterfy, Traild, FreightInsure, ClassCover, SMS Healthcare, Tourism Queensland, MedHealth, and HDI Global. Nicole Geekie, head of studio, linked the growth to the team's track record in building high-quality digital platforms and experiences. Frank Digital was acquired last year by Merchantwise Group, which also took over its sister agency Jaywing. Despite the change in ownership, no Australian marketing or advertising agency has since been identified as acquiring the studio.
The studio's workforce and client list have both grown significantly since its acquisition. With nine new contracts and eight additional team members, Frank Digital continues to strengthen its position in digital experience design. The promotions and hires reflect the company's ongoing development under Merchantwise Group.
