FP7 McCANN Riyadh Strengthens Leadership with Two Strategic Hires

FP7 McCANN Riyadh has announced two key leadership appointments to bolster its strategic and creative capabilities. Rawad Eldahouk joins as Head of Strategy, while Saadi Alkouatli takes on the role of Executive Creative Director. The moves aim to strengthen the agency's ability to deliver tailored solutions for clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Rawad Eldahouk brings over 21 years of experience in strategic planning, advertising, and communications. Known for his award-winning work, he has shaped campaigns for major brands such as stc, Roshn, SABB, flyNas, and Burger King. In his new role, he will lead strategic planning across FP7 McCANN Riyadh's entire client portfolio.

Saadi Alkouatli, with more than 25 years of leadership experience across North America and the Middle East, will oversee creative direction for key accounts. These include the Saudi Tourism Authority, Samsung, and PepsiCo. His previous work includes acclaimed campaigns for Zain Telecom, McDonald's, and the Royal Commission for AlUla.

Tarek Miknas, CEO of FP7 McCANN MENAT, highlighted that the appointments reflect the agency's commitment to investing in leadership suited to Saudi Arabia's dynamic market. Amr El Kalaawy, Regional Managing Director of FP7 McCANN KSA, added that the new hires will enhance the agency's strategic and creative support for clients.

The appointments come as FP7 McCANN Riyadh seeks to deepen its expertise in culturally grounded, strategically driven solutions. Both Eldahouk and Alkouatli will play central roles in shaping campaigns for major brands operating in the Kingdom. Their combined experience is expected to strengthen the agency's position in the region's evolving advertising landscape.
