Forge Campus Wins Colorado's 2025 Company of the Year for Industrial Revival
Forge Campus in Loveland has been named Colorado’s 2025 Company of the Year. The site has transformed a long-abandoned industrial property into a busy hub for innovation and manufacturing. Owners Jay Dokter and Josh Kamrath have turned the 177-acre space into a key business location.
The campus spans over 811,000 square feet and now hosts more than 50 technology and manufacturing firms. Since reopening, occupancy has jumped from 15% to 73%. Over $11 million has been invested in redeveloping the site.
Forge Campus helps businesses grow by offering flexible lease terms and on-site support. The aim is to speed up scaling for Northern Colorado companies and bring new technologies to market quickly. Beyond business, the campus acts as a community anchor. It hosts local events and plays a role in statewide economic development programmes.
The recognition as Company of the Year highlights Forge Campus’s impact on the region. Its mix of redevelopment, business support, and community involvement has made it a model for industrial revival. The site continues to attract investment and new tenants.
