Forbes Opens 30 Under 30 Local Nominations for Arizona's Rising Stars

Forbes is now accepting nominations for its 30 Under 30 Local list in Arizona. The initiative aims to spotlight young entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders shaping the state's future. Successful candidates will join a growing network of innovators recognised by the long-running Forbes 30 Under 30 programme.

The annual Forbes Under 30 Summit will also take place in Phoenix, Arizona. This year's event adds to the programme's decade-long tradition of celebrating emerging talent across industries.

The search focuses on Arizonans aged 29 or younger as of February 15, 2026. Nominees must live in the state or operate their business there. Those previously featured on any Under 30 list—local or global—are not eligible.

Applications close at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 15, 2026. A team of Forbes editors and independent judges will assess candidates based on criteria like revenue, social impact, and innovation. The selection process mirrors the approach used for the first 30 Under 30 Local lists, launched in 2023 with 300 honourees across 10 U.S. communities. Winners will gain visibility through Forbes' platforms. They also remain eligible for future global Under 30 lists, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia editions. The programme continues to expand its reach, building on over ten years of recognising young achievers worldwide.

The Arizona list will showcase 30 of the state's most promising young leaders. Their projects and businesses will be featured in Forbes' coverage. The deadline for submissions gives candidates until mid-February 2026 to apply.
