Etam appoints Marie Delahaie as CEO in 2026 leadership shake-up

Etam has named Marie Delahaie as its next CEO, with her leadership set to begin in May 2026. Until then, Laurent Milchior will take on the role of interim chief executive. The move follows Delahaie's successful restructuring of Undiz, the group's lingerie brand, since her arrival in May 2024.

Delahaie joined Etam last year to lead Undiz, where she has since driven significant changes. She will remain at the helm of Undiz until April 2026, after which Etam plans to appoint a new leader for the brand. Meanwhile, Marie Schott, the current deputy CEO, will leave the company in early 2026 as previously announced.

Etam reported €471 million in sales for 2024, a slight dip from €480 million the year before. The group operates across 55 countries, with 840 stores—470 of them outside France. Alongside its core business, Etam is focusing on Livy, its premium brand, which is now restructuring to expand beyond France. Key targets for growth include London and Italy.

No details have been released about staffing changes at Undiz since Etam's takeover in May 2024.

Delahaie's promotion marks a shift in Etam's leadership as the company prepares for future growth. With Livy's international push and Undiz's ongoing transformation, the group is positioning itself for changes ahead. Her official term as CEO will begin in mid-2026.
