Ergon Foods Takes Greek-Mediterranean Cuisine Global with London Hotel Launch
Ergon Foods, a Greek company specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, is expanding its reach beyond Greece. Founded in Thessaloniki by brothers Thomas and George Douzis, the brand now has plans for new locations in London, Bahrain, South Korea, and Singapore.
The company began with two young entrepreneurs in their early 20s. Thomas Douzis, now president and CEO, built the business alongside his brother. Over time, Ergon Foods grew its presence across Greece and internationally.
A major step comes with the opening of *Ergon House Covent Garden* in London. This new venue will blend hospitality with Greek-Mediterranean dining. The concept marks the brand's first gastronomic hotel outside Greece. Further expansion is on the horizon. Bahrain, South Korea, and Singapore are set to host Ergon Foods locations soon. By 2027, the company also plans to enter the US market, starting with New York.
Ergon Foods continues to grow, bringing its Greek-Mediterranean offerings to new markets. The London hotel launch is the latest move, with more international sites expected in the coming years. No further details on specific locations or approval stages have been released yet.
