Eltropy promotes Kavitha Nalla to CFO after 441% revenue surge and key acquisitions
Eltropy has named Kavitha Nalla as its new Chief Financial Officer. The move follows her two-year tenure in senior finance roles at the company, where she helped drive rapid growth. Under her leadership, the firm has also completed three key acquisitions to expand its capabilities.
Nalla first joined Eltropy in March 2022 as Vice President of Finance. She later took on broader responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Finance and HR. Before this, she held finance leadership positions at Hitachi Vantara, Sierra Atlantic, and most recently as CFO of PeopleShores.
During her time at Eltropy, the company’s revenue surged by 441%, while its workforce grew by 48%. The firm has also acquired Marsview, Popio, and Lexop under her financial guidance. These deals align with Eltropy’s shift from conversation enablement to AI-powered execution, a strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing impact. Ashish Garg, Co-Founder and CEO of Eltropy, highlighted Nalla’s role in strengthening financial planning and investment discipline. As CFO, she will now lead the finance and accounting teams while continuing to oversee HR operations.
Nalla’s promotion comes as Eltropy refocuses its business model around AI-driven solutions. Her financial leadership has already supported major acquisitions and significant revenue growth. The company expects her expanded role to further solidify its market position.
