EcoFlow teams with Worldline to revolutionize global payment processing

EcoFlow has partnered with Worldline to upgrade its global payment system. The move aims to streamline transactions and improve customer experience as the company expands into new markets. Worldline’s technology will now handle EcoFlow’s payment operations worldwide.

The collaboration centres on Worldline’s Global Collect platform, which will unify EcoFlow’s payment processing. This includes local acquiring capabilities to cut down on cross-border friction and boost authorisation rates. Advanced network tokenisation will also help reduce false declines, ensuring smoother transactions for users.

EcoFlow’s push for a more efficient payment system aligns with its rapid international growth. The company is expanding in the US, UK, Europe, and beyond, requiring a reliable infrastructure to support rising transaction volumes. Worldline plans to extend its local acquiring services into APAC, Latin America, and other regions as EcoFlow’s needs grow. Stijn Gasthuys, Head of Global Commerce at Worldline, highlighted the firm’s global reach and local expertise as key factors in supporting EcoFlow’s ambitions. Yidan Yuan, EcoFlow’s Head of Europe, added that the partnership would enhance payment reliability and authorisation success for customers worldwide.

The deal strengthens EcoFlow’s payment ecosystem, reinforcing its focus on customer-centric innovation. With Worldline’s technology in place, the company expects faster, more reliable transactions across its expanding markets. The upgrade will help maintain a seamless experience as EcoFlow’s global footprint grows.
