Copper Fox Metals Renews Research Partnership with Atrium for 2026

Copper Fox Metals Inc. has extended its partnership with Atrium Research Corporation for another year. The agreement, starting on 1 May 2026, will see Atrium provide research and promotional services for the Canadian mining company. Copper Fox will pay C$42,000 upfront for the work. Atrium specialises in producing institutional-grade research on North American public companies. Under the renewed deal, it will publish reports on Copper Fox and organise two recorded interviews with the firm’s executives. The contract will auto-renew annually at the same fee unless either side opts out or renegotiates terms.

Copper Fox holds a 100% stake in the Van Dyke ISCR project, a copper mine under development in Arizona. It also owns a 25% interest in the Schaft Creek Joint Venture alongside Teck Resources Limited. The company focuses on copper exploration and development across the US and Canada. Both firms operate independently, with no shared ownership. Atrium does not hold any shares or options in Copper Fox, and the two remain at arm’s length. The agreement’s forward-looking details depend on regulatory approvals and service delivery expectations.

The renewed contract ensures continued research coverage for Copper Fox’s projects. Atrium’s reports and interviews will highlight the company’s work in copper mining. The deal’s automatic renewal clause provides stability unless either party chooses to end or modify it.
