BSI Software appoints Johannes Diebig as Chief Sales Officer to drive European growth
BSI Software has named Johannes Diebig as its new Chief Sales Officer. The company, a growing force in European CRM and customer experience software, sees him as a key figure for its next stage of expansion. Diebig brings over two decades of leadership in international technology firms to the role.
Diebig's appointment comes as BSI Software solidifies its position in the European market. Between 2023 and 2026, the firm expanded its market share from 4.2% to 7.8%, driven by acquisitions like ClickDimensions in 2024 and growth in Germany, France, and the UK. Analysts Gartner and IDC now rank it among the leading mid-sized vendors in the sector.
The new Chief Sales Officer will lead the company's sales strategy across Europe. His focus will be on accelerating growth in banking, insurance, retail, and energy & utilities. CEO Markus Brunold highlighted Diebig's expertise as a perfect fit for this phase of development.
A trained economist, Diebig has held senior roles at major firms including Zalando, Salesforce, and Atos. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for Continental Europe at TBAuctions. He expressed confidence in BSI Software's Customer Suite and its potential to further strengthen the company's market standing.
Diebig's arrival aligns with BSI Software's ambitions to expand its European footprint. His experience in scaling technology businesses is expected to support the company's continued growth. The firm's recent market gains and strategic hires signal a push for deeper penetration in key industries.
