Brewery Owner Gifts 50 Apartments to Loyal Employees in Historic Gesture

Turysngali Alagozov, owner of Shymkent Brewery, has gifted 50 apartments to long-serving employees as part of the factory’s 50th-anniversary celebrations. The gesture honours workers who have dedicated decades to the company, with some contributing since its earliest days. This move aligns with the brewery’s ongoing social policy, which previously saw 100 apartments given to employees of Galanz Bottlers in 2025. The apartments are situated in Shymkent’s new residential complex, Jas Otau Tulip. Priority was given to veteran employees who helped build the brewery from its foundation. Among the recipients is Marzhan Nasurlina, a quality control engineer with 44 years of service. Her daughter also works at the brewery, and during the plant’s Nauryz celebrations, her granddaughter’s umbilical cord was cut—a symbolic moment for the family.

Kemelken Tashkhodzhaev, an electrician with 46 years at the company, holds the record for the longest tenure and received one of the apartments. Kadirzhan Rasulov, a carpenter with over 22 years of service, also received a home and shared his gratitude to Alagozov for the life-changing gift. The initiative reflects the brewery’s commitment to rewarding loyalty. Employees who have contributed for 20 years or more were eligible, with many expressing deep appreciation for the recognition of their hard work.

The 50 apartments mark a significant milestone in the brewery’s history, celebrating half a century of operation. Long-serving staff now have new homes in a modern residential complex, reinforcing the company’s reputation for valuing its workforce. The gesture follows a pattern of social responsibility, with similar housing initiatives previously benefiting employees of related businesses.
