Bounce acquires Nannybag to dominate Europe's luggage storage market

Bounce has bought Nannybag, a rival luggage storage service, to grow its presence in Europe. The deal adds 12 new storage spots in France and Italy, including Paris, Lyon, Milan and Rome. Existing Nannybag users will now also have access to Bounce's global network of over 20,000 locations.

The acquisition was announced in early 2024, expanding Bounce's reach in key European cities. With this move, the company now operates more than 30,000 luggage storage points worldwide. These include partnerships with both local businesses and major international brands.

Nannybag will keep running under its own name, but its customers can now use Bounce's extensive network. European retail and logistics partners, such as Carrefour France and Fermopoint, have also joined Bounce's partner network as part of the deal.

The takeover strengthens Bounce's position in Europe, particularly in France and Italy. Travellers in Paris, Lyon, Milan and Rome now have more storage options through the combined services. The expanded network aims to provide greater convenience for users across major travel destinations.
