BankDhofar Unveils Neo CIB to Revolutionize Corporate Digital Banking
BankDhofar has launched Neo Corporate Internet Banking (Neo CIB), a new digital platform for corporate, SME, institutional, and government clients. The system combines multiple financial services into one interface to simplify business operations.
The platform arrives as Middle Eastern banks increasingly adopt advanced digital solutions for corporate banking.
Neo CIB brings together payments, collections, payroll processing, reporting, and system connectivity in a single digital environment. Users can manage domestic, regional, and international transfers from one dashboard. Bulk payments, salary processing, and bill settlements are also supported.
Security features include configurable user roles, multi-factor authentication, and transaction-level audit logs. Businesses gain real-time visibility into account balances, pending approvals, and transaction status through a customisable dashboard.
The platform reduces manual processes by integrating with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and treasury systems via API and host-to-host connections. This automation aims to streamline workflows for high-volume transactions and complex financial operations.
Neo CIB expands BankDhofar's digital offerings by consolidating payments, payroll, and ERP connectivity. The launch aligns with a broader trend in the region toward more efficient corporate banking tools. Clients can now access a unified system for financial management and transaction monitoring.
