Bangkok's New Relocation Service Lures Global Professionals with Visa Perks
Bangkok is fast becoming a key destination for global professionals, investors, and families. To support this growth, Ananda Development—a leading real estate developer—has launched Ananda Relocation Services, a platform designed to simplify moving to Thailand. The initiative offers tailored residency solutions, from short-term stays to long-term home ownership. The new service provides a single point of contact for essential relocation needs. Clients can access private jet transfers, private banking, international schools, and healthcare through one coordinated platform. It also extends opportunities beyond Bangkok to other top destinations in Thailand.
The programme includes a one-year long-term visa for property buyers investing at least THB 3,000,000 (around $90,000 USD). Ananda Development specialises in residential projects along Bangkok's mass transit network, reinforcing the city's appeal as a strategic base.
Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda Development, highlighted Bangkok's strong infrastructure and global relevance. He stated that the city has the fundamentals to attract international residents. The service launched in March 2026, aligning with Thailand's growing role in global mobility.
As of now, no families or professionals have yet secured long-term residence permits through this scheme. The process remains in its early stages, with the service officially introduced just this month. Ananda Relocation Services aims to make moving to Thailand smoother for international residents. The platform combines property investment with essential services, reinforcing Bangkok's position as a global hub. Further updates on visa approvals and client experiences are expected in the coming months.
