ACS Group Names 29-Year-Old Moritz Zeman Co-Managing Director Alongside Father
ACS Group GmbH has appointed Moritz Zeman, 29, as co-managing director alongside his father, Stefan Zeman, 54. The company, which specialises in digital classroom solutions, currently supports around 4,000 schools across Germany. This leadership change comes as the business prepares for further growth and a new headquarters in Hohenbrunn.
Founded in 1998, ACS Group has become a key player in school digitisation. The company has rolled out roughly 5,000 tablet-based classrooms and introduced innovations like mobile device management for iPads, parent webinars, and custom online shops for schools. Its work includes Bavaria's 'Digital School of the Future' initiative, led by Moritz Zeman, who studied industrial engineering at Munich University of Applied Sciences.
Stefan Zeman will remain focused on sales, tenders, and expanding the corporate group. Meanwhile, Moritz Zeman will take charge of marketing, process optimisation, mobile device management, parent financing solutions, and human resources. The company is also building a new headquarters in Hohenbrunn, set to open in early 2027, with space for about 90 employees.
ACS Group projects net revenue in the high double-digit millions by 2025. While its solutions are widely used in Bavaria, the exact number of schools adopting them in other German regions remains unclear from available data.
The appointment of Moritz Zeman marks a new phase for ACS Group as it strengthens its leadership and prepares for expansion. With a new headquarters under construction and a growing portfolio of digital education tools, the company is positioning itself for continued growth in the coming years. Its revenue targets and ongoing projects reflect its role in shaping modern classroom technology.
